A new football season

A new football season is upon us---so good luck to all. I know fezzik has been taking some heat over at eog---so good luck fezz during the season and in all of the contest that you have entered. again good luck to all

It's ironic that he's "taking heat," as anything he puts up here moves 1-2 points within a few hours. The bad thing about Fez winning that contest twice, now he has many more followers - and they're jumping on every posted play. Having a much harder time getting my stuff at a good number than I did last year. The same people bashing him probably want to know what he's on - even if they won't admit it.

That's OK. I hope he moves a line four points. Makes the decision easy.

You mean go the other way?

Yeah go the other way if you got the original number. Then you have a middle of 4 or 5 and that should be tempting enough for anyone.

If you don't have the original number, at what point do you fade the steam?

If you only go for the middle because you've put too much into the game, then the original bet was too large. The reason I play back is because I expect the second bet to be positive expectation as well. Sometimes I fade steam even if I am not shooting for a middle, especially if the line moves that much for non-breaking-news/injury reasons.
