I'm going to take a shot at the over in this game.
It opened at Giants -1 with a total of 43 just over a couple hours ago. The side has jumped to 2.5, the total has remained the same.
The Giants are playing to high totals on the road. Every game has gone over 43. In fact, 8 straight games, home and away, had gone over 43 until last week when they scored 31 and gave up only 7 to a pretty bad Redskin team. I've got them outgaining opponents by 90 yards a game on the road and have actually played very well away from NY.
You can throw out the book and start over with the Vikings since Frazier took over two weeks ago. It looks like Minny has been pumped in new blood and they have responded to the new coach. I almost wish Favre would stay out of the game because it looked like Minny has responded well to Jackson and I thought he sparked them last week after Brett went down.
Let's hope for 2 turnovers from each team leading to a couple easy scores AND let's get some red zone TD's from each club. This could be a crazy last 20 minutes of the game that should get this score over the number.
Numerious injuries on each side of the ball for both teams but it's week 14. Every team has an injury list an arm long.
The game is indoors. You don't have to scan the weather report.
I'll not root for the side but will be a big backer of 6 pointers for each side.
