-2.5 -110 = -135 on money line. The goal is to maximize your value not to give yourself a small chance of scooping a big pot. In fact, all else being equal something like -3.5 +135 would be the best way to go (I'm assuming you win if it lands on 3 since you are in the lead) as it reduces the variance to zero. That being said, I would just take the best value you can find on the Packers and accept a small amount of variance if necessary.
