Both Denver and Tampa Bay WAY down. My locals just released their lines today, but -3 looks solid for both of these.
These are also the only side plays that I have tied up money with for week one so far. If Oakland announces Jamarcus as the starting QB week one, I will probably add SD -6.5 to the mix.

On both of those myself, especially LARGE on Cincy.
