NFL Playoff talk

NFL Playoff talk Any word on how bad David Harris was for NYJ? I heard he was limping around the locker room. NYJ need his run stuffing abilities. Any update on DRC/Boldin? I guess we'll see how much Cin and Ari laid down in their games in week 17. It appears the linesmakers have set decent numbers for most of these games. No real sharp moves in the numbers and seemingly balanced action thus far on most games.
The Bengals assumed the position the other night with their massive lay down. I really thought they were a lot smarter than to just concede a playoff spot to the Jets. Tony Dungy said it best in the pre-game when he said that they'd be best served to just go out and take care of business. You see, in the NFL, trying to handpick your opponents is a death sentence. Any (playoff caliber) team can beat you from one week to the next. The last thing you want to do is give a team boundless confidence that they can beat you. That's just what the Bengals did tonight: They let the Jets know that they could dominate the Bengals. The Bengals aren't good enough to just turn things "ON" and "OFF" when they want. I figured they knew this much. The way I see it, the Bengals just outsmarted their way into playing the NFL's top ranked defense and running game, rookie QB or not. Oh, and by the way, that team is sky-high with confidence. Sign me up for the Jets ASAP. Trying to hand-pick your opponents generally spells disaster IMO. And don't worry, Ochocinco. Revis will shut you down again next week so you can re-change your name from Chad Johnson back to Ochocinco.

I guess jumping on -1.5 was premature.
