Very simplistic but Atl allowed 28ppg their first 5 games and just 16 ppg their last 7. In those 7 games they've been a top 10 defense and now rank # 2 vs the run overall and # 9 vs the pass. Teams change though the season (example - Mia defense). Atl defense is pretty good.

His out probably only had +1/2. Some books stick with 1/2-point 1Q lines as much as possible and just make the juice really one-sided.
