It is what it is ... the perfect storm has come ... got us all ... working harder for Fezz is not the answer ... time to back off ... take a look around and wait some ... Gordian Knot --- the harder you pull to extract yourself from the mess, the worse it gets ... oh the ways out of the OV trap in GRB/NYG ... no need for a FG, GRB goes for a FD or TD doesn't get it ... Coughlin doesn't need a FG so he goes for the TD ... how crazy is that ... but the ball is VERY close to the end zone ... how about a SAFETY? Sorry boys ... no way!
Then there was CALGARY and TORONTO ... it's hard to beat another team THREE TIMES in a season, but TOR did just that ... and CALGARY had the far better record ... Go to TSN.CA and have a look ... not many figured Boatmen would win who were 9-9 in regular season and CALGARY 12-6 with W4 in a row at the end of the season.
The 1Q play ATL was jinxed from the get go ... save for NYG ... TPA should have won the 3Q play but "in the perfect storm" it's one play too late.
Truth be known, I was spooked early and attempted to middle ATL/TPA OV having a four point differential ... what's that kicker's name on ATL? And in the end tried it again on GRB/NYG ... with three point differential ... would a FG or SAFETY in the fourth been any good?
There wasn't a way on earth these were going to win.
Good luck when we meet again ... enough for one day.
