la kings over 86.5 points i believe this is the best bet in the league.this club has got some serious pieces to contend for 2nd in the pacific division ahead of dallas and anaheim as no one will catch san jose.most prognosticators have la finishing 4th in the division and i just don't see it.added to the nice base of kopitar and frolov these guys have brought in ryan smyth from colorado who is a top line scorer and rob scuderi who just played a nice role in pittsburgh's stanley cup run.not to mention dustin brown who they acquired late last year from another stanley cup winning team in carolina and drew doughty as the 2nd overall pick in '08 draft...team is loaded and has a nice overall blend of talent.goalie job will be won by one of 3 guys that takes the bull by the horns in these pre season games and while most feel it's the kings downfall i disagree...i think this battle in camp will be beneficial to the winner because it will be a hard fought one where you can't afford a slip up or a night off.they were 4th in the nhl last year in shots allowed...this is a good hockey club that will get better and smarter under terry murray...total is too low they will surprise in the west
