Note on Indy/HOU HOU-3 is a great bet as is the UN 46.

With the latest unclear and imperfect information, I'd say Mannning is close to 50/50 to go week1. If he goes he will NOT be 100% and HOU likely willl be -3-105ish.
If he misses, HOU at -7 is cheap.
