Yea it is even more they are debating firing there HC Cable for this. Just another sign that Al Davis has lost his marbles.

Agree. They are not that far away. Have a good group of skill players. Need to shore up both lines and get a quarterback - not sure Campbell or Gradkowski are the answers.
Needs to keep the same group of coaches in one place for a while to allow this team to keep going forward.

Apparently the issue is an agreement in the contract that says multi years kick in at this point so Al needs to make a decision on whether he wants to give a multi year contract to Cable.
If he hires a new coach it is going to be a multi year agreement anyway. At least with Cable he knows what he has.
