Obiously an aggie built that scoreboard in Dallas Jerry Jones must have decided to cut cost by hiring an engineer that graduated from Texas A/M to build that low hanging scoreboard. O/U on punts that hit that piece of junk this year: 19.75. Over -145 Under -115 Good Luck

I agree, it should be the ruling... might even actually be the ruling, and they messed it up.
