Off topic - Storm cellphone users out there Verizon came out with a new update that fixes all the bugs of the phone. I updated this morning, and it is unbelievable how the phone now works. I would suggest updating as soon as you can.

How can I complete the update? I have the BB manager on my desktop - is it avauilable through that? Is there an internet link for it?

go to the verizon site, and click on personal email link. It will upgrade your desktop software to 5.0... Once it does this, then go back onto the desktop software, and click on updates...and you will see the list of updates to 5.0, just click on next, and you will be on your way. The entire process takes about 30-40 minutes. Good luck!
