I actually thought Washington looked improved, and Phil was lucky to win. My list:
Carolina, Cleveland, TB, Stl, KC, and Oakland.
a little bit of a difference between teams that SUCK and teams that have quit
Carolina looks like they quit. From playoff team to sh** stain. They have some talent but their QB is terrible and their season is over.
Cleveland is just a bad team. They gave away Braylon & Winslow and have no offensive weapons. Their QBs suck and their defense is mediocre. They have some fight in them, but they just cant compete.
TB sucks horribly. I'm not sure if they've quit as much as they just have no talent to compete anywhere.
Stl is futile. Bad QB, bad coaching, bad team. Stephen Jackson is a trooper to keep playing for them. They could be a bad team that has quit already. fade fade fade
KC has bad coaching, bad players...and after last week could be on the verge of quitting.
Oak is a bad team that quits some games and plays others.
not one of those teams has a decent QB. Bulger is close to being medicore but he's regressed so much since his earlier days.
keep fading away. eventually these teams will cover the 20 point spreads the books will put up
