Ohio State/Ill u 21.5 -115 2nd Half 6 for 17 in the air combined. Oh State will probably run the ball all 2nd half with the lead. Juice Williams is 6/17. Doesn't this look like an under, especially with the subpar conditions for passing? State has thrown twice all game and the Ill receivers' hands work like they are coated with butter.

What is the best site(s) to report weather forecasts for sporting events? am using a couple but they only forecast for game day. It would be nice to have an idea of the previous week / field conditions...
