Oregon's Blount suspended for entire season
Press charges? It's a football fight, so get real as long as no one was seriously injured. And yes, as usual, Blacks and Whites as groups will, to a certain extent, have in general, a different opinion, in varying degrees on the matter since the incident involves a white guy and a black guy. I feel bad for everyone involved-no winners in this one. Peace.
It was a football fight, there were no winners, but if it was the other way around and the white hit the black, it would be alot more severe for the white. That is my only problem, it is always b/c he was from a rough neighborhood, etc, always an excuse. He was wrong and could have seriously wounded or hurt the player. I am sure he did not single out that guy for no reason to taunt. More than likely, he had done it the whole game to them. Just an opinion and I feel sorry for the kid from Oregon. But he is a senior and should be grown up enough by now to make better choices. I hope he learns alot from this and gets an opportunity to play in the NFL and maybe educate kids on the rights and wrongs and uses it as a learning tool. But suspending the Boise player is ridiculous, for talking a little smack. I think it went on the whole game and is a terrible part of the game I severely dislike. Act like you have won or been there before! IMO.
I can respect that. Good points.
