Pac 10 Money Line GOY - #172 - Wash St +1600 over Arizona

Pac 10 Money Line GOY - #172 - Wash St +1600 over Arizona I'm not into a lot of the hype that comes with Game of the Year touts, but I do use this to provide the level of confidence and aggression I am making this play. I made this game +17.5 and so there is a nice 7 points of edge from where I played the Sunday night opener at +24.5. I think I'm the only person that has that number b/c it quickly disappeared and has yet to reemerge. Situationally, this is such a monster spot for Wash St to spring their first Pac 10 win in some time. - Arizona's pass defense was very vulnerable to Oregon State's last week and this plays perfectly in the strength of Washington State - Wash St Sophomore QB Jeff Tuel has thrown six straight games over 200 yards and has now spent two years in the Paul Wulff's system and is improving rather noticeably - The oddsmaker hasn't caught up with Washington State b/c despite being competitive, they haven't won, which has a major influence on how power ratings are impacted - Arizona held not only Pac 10 title aspirations, but National Title aspirations as several press reports in the area leading up to the Oregon St game highlighted how great this team is. Zona could easily have lost to Cal and to Iowa, which would probably only make them a 14 pt favorite here. - The stealthy edge in kicking goes to Wash st as kicker Nico Grassu knocked down a 50 yard FG against Oregon last week while Alex Zendejas struggled with a missed PAT and FG which was the difference in the final score - Wash St. confidence and belief they can win hasn't been higher in recent memory. They lead the #2 team in the country 14-8 and competed with them well into the second half. - As counter-intuitive as this sounds, Arizona has dominated Wash St the last three years and most statistical models and the players themselves create an amazing look past situation, creating the potential for the upset... - Wash St is tackling much better the last three weeks, evidenced by forcing 3 turnovers against Oregon, while only conceding 1. I have several more reasons, but this is something for everyone to chew on. With all this being said, the best price I have seen out there is +1400 still at the Hilton. Play this at anything above 1300 and I'm also getting a healthy piece of the +24.5, play this game anything above 23... Good luck to everyone...
Speaking of Hilton moneylines, any interest in BYU +3700? I realize these spreads have to be inflated b/c the BCS busters are trying to blow people out, but I'm not sure the moneylines should rise right in step with them.

However, good luck in all of your plays this weekend...
thanks for the plays. will you continue to give soccer plays?
thanks for the plays. will you continue to give soccer plays?
Of course, but I only have a few for the weekend as they just concluded an international break and outside of the Euros and World Cup. I don't have the resources or focus to follow all of the teams from an international perspective and then make plays on them...
There is another benefit to this money line play which I wanted to share. I have done fairly well on this Wash St side this year and can say if they lose this game, the oddsmakers will probably still not make the necessary adjustments to the teams power ratings. So thinking like a trader, if I can play Wash St on the money line, and it loses, this will most assuredly allow me to keep playing the Cougars for at least one more week. If however, Wash St wins, then it will be very tough to get the sort of value that has been there recently...
Well take the cover and profitable result and move on...I made the game 17.5 and it fell 17...
Thought you might get the miracle when Foles went down. Either way, decent showing by the Cougs. They're gonna get one of these Pac 10 games...
