Pats open -14 VS Tampa in London Both teams traveling, Pats offense heating up, Defense playing well, Belichick vs a rookie QB. I may have to eat some chalk and grab the pats. Thoughts?:rolleyes:

If the field is anything like it was a couple years ago, neither team will be able to muster 14 points.

Forecast is for partly cloudy skies, but it could change, of course.

Two years ago it was heavy rain and a bad field, when Giants and Dolphins played a very lowscoring game. I cant remember the score, but I don´t think any of the teams came near 14 points. Last year the weather was good and the field the same, when New Orleans outscored San Diego in a shootout, that ended with New Orleans taking a very brilliant safety with 7-8 seconds left to win by 5.

I missed last year's game. I bet that confused the fans. I remember them booing as the Giants kneeled on the ball to run out the clock and win 13-10 (IIRC Dolphins got a late TD in that one to make it look respectable and cover the 10 point spread). I was really shocked by that booing. You'd think a society where soccer is king would understand the concept of time wasting :)

Looks like the line is on the move -14 left at a few shops. -14.5 at pinny etc. I grabbed some -14.
