Preview notes of Bills/Arizona

Preview notes of Bills/Arizona If you believe you're never as bad as you look when you're bad there is alot to like about the Bills this weekend vs. Arizona----although I haven't made a bet. It is stunning how they became the 1st team to give up 300 yds on the ground and 300 yds in the air vs. SF. Big picture if the Bills were any good they might still be 2-3. I liked them vs. NE and they ended up blown out but they were ahead 21-7 3rd qtr. Something obviously steamrolled against them in the 2nd half. Oh back to the big picture even if any good they probably were going to lose to SF and NE. They probably could have beaten the Jets if actually good but I could see them losing there and still be 2-3. It is the way they're losing though of course. Gailey and Wannstedt have combined here for 3 blowout losses in very curious fashion. But really does it matter? SF and NE are two of the best teams in the league with either possibly being the best. Arizona -5 doesn't seem like a big number but aren't they down to their 4th guy now that Williams is out? From the Bills perspective, I have to like my chances this no name carrier is probably only going to run for 125 yds this week. The AZ OL just looked completely overmatched by St. Louis which is a good DL line though. However, the Bills have a shot here against that line to get to the QB and limit the running game. Quite honestly, if Arizona rips off a big game offensively and 30+ points Gailey and Wannstedt are out of jobs at the break. And I would almost think the player changes would be pretty large if they did keep their jobs a few weeks more. The big issue is Fitz as more and more he looks like a 2nd string NFL QB. A TO machine and a bunch of missed throws it puts the D in bad positions. The short drives for teams to score just wears out a D too. I've talked on this board about the Arizona D so I do think it will be a challenge for the Bills but could we possibly be at rock bottom for them? One thing we know about AZ is that they tend to be a 2nd hf team and I don't think that is so good against the Bills especially this week. The Bills will be practicing in Arizona all week and with the magnifying glass on these guys and a big step down in opposition the Bills feel like they could come out strongly. I really believe with Anderson and Williams the Bills can hurt you if they ever get a team 3rd and long. There just has not been nearly enough of that this year for them. The run gashing has been a huge problem but they got a shot here. If anyone knows the backs for AZ now it would be good to know. Quinn and Long had it too easy with AZ down vs. St. Louis and I do think as bad as the perception is on the Bills line so far they'll get to Kolb if that Arizona OL is as weak as it looked. Arizona has 10 days off to prepare perhaps they will come out strongly in the 1st half. Their D can make plays and they're tough at home. Of course the Bills could just be on the side of another big loss. I would love the Bills +6 that would be a play but at +5 I'm waiting. I won't call Arizona a team that is a fraud since Ive practically defended before that they're not a fraud but this is a game the Bills can definitely win I don't care how bad they've looked.
It looks like Anderson is out this Sunday for the Bills. Obviously, he was way under performing anyway although would prefer him in there. I noticed the line ticked down to 4.5 but I can still get 5 and even 5.5. I will bet this game even with the announced injury based on the move. I don't see the Anderson news as line moving if it is not digested. The more I think about this game it is a fantastic spot for the Bills. Arizona just dead last or near the bottom in offensive categories and they always seem to be a slow starting team to begin with. I do like their D but the fact is they do have some odd games there too like allowing Miami to throw for over 400 yards. It is a total hunch but I figure the Bills blow these guys out....real bad.
This is a real good spot for the Bills. I'm right there with ya.
A couple of injuries on the offensive line are a concern. I know the rookie Cordy Glen I think? and Urbik I think is out. I even see Wood questionable. The Bills O Line I think has played well. Fitz not too many sacks and when healthy Spiller and Jackson have gotten yards---sort of. Glad to have you on the train.
