Prof Meyer's Week 7 Sweetheart Teaser

Prof Meyer's Week 7 Sweetheart Teaser These plays are 5-1 on the year, as we suffered out first loser last week. Jacksonville +22, New England +16, NY Giants +16’, Seattle OVER 27 Below are some of the teaser-specific trends supporting this play. The Jaguars are 24-0 ATSp13 in franchise history when they are on the road off a double-digit ATS loss. The Patriots are 40-0 ATSp13 when they won and covered their last two games. The Giants are 24-0 ATSp13 versus the Cowboys. The Cardinals are 47-0 OUp13 as a dog when their opponent's season-to-date average rushing attempts per game is fewer than 25. Prof Meyer
If the NY Giants cover, this is a winner (I got JAX +23.5). What's the best way to hedge this? 1. Taking Dallas -10.5 +250 2. Taking Dallas -12.5 +301 3. Picking all three margins of victory over 16 with the following odds: Dallas Cowboys 14 to 17 points: 15/1 Dallas Cowboys 18 to 21 points: 18/1 Dallas Cowboys 22 or more points: 14/1 4. Other? Thanks!

Thanks!
The only reason you should hedge this is if you think that the Giants +16' is a bad play. For example, let say Manning an Manningham were in a car wreck and couldn't play. (Or your financial situation took a turn for the worse and now you have too much money on the play.) In my opinion, the best thing to do nothing. You made a good play, you have a very good position. Hedging it can only make your average outcome less favorable. That said, you won't have to risk much to hedge it a bit and if that makes you feel more comfortable, go ahead. All of your suggestions sound reasonable to me. Prof M.
I still think the Giants will cover but thought some insurance wouldn't hurt. I went with option 3, which seems almost 1/3 less costly. Thanks for the pick!
