Shooter's 09-10 Bowl Thread

OUTBACK BOWL: 242 Auburn (-8') Northwestern has four lucky wins this year. Luck runs out here.
GATOR BOWL: 243/244 Florida State/West Virginia UN 60 243 Florida State (+3) (-111) This is not only Bowden's last game, but for DC Mickey Andrews as well. Think you may see an inspired effort out of the Noles defense today. After watching that Mounties game vs. Pitt, I can tell that Bill Stewart doesn't trust Jarrett Brown to throw in crucial situations. FSU will stack the box. CAPITAL ONE BOWL: 245/246 LSU/Penn State OV 42 We all saw that field in Orlando and how shitty it was for the Champs Sports Bowl. Well, so did the oddsmakers. 246 Penn State (+1') Mismatch with JoePa vs. Miles in the coaching department.
Looks like another mediocre to bad day today. Just can't get over the hump no matter how hard I try.
5 bad beats (Air Force/Houston UN, Minnesota, Temple, N Carolina, BYU/Oregon St UN) vs. 2 lucky wins (Idaho 1st H, Tennessee/Va Tech OV). Costing me an over .500 season in the bowls.

245/246 LSU/Penn State OV 19 2nd H
ROSE BOWL: 247/248 Ohio State/Oregon UN 51 Great offense (Oregon) and great defense (Ohio State) cancel each other out. Tressel says he will open it up in this game. I'll believe it when I see it.
Shooter, How many games do you play a day? You've got a plethora of picks in all sports. JW if the vig wreaks havoc on your bottom line.
I do OK. I am trying to be more deliberate this year and more selective with plays. I would do a LOT better with fewer plays. I guess it's just a natural instinct to play a lot since I feel I know the teams well and follow closely, especially in College Basketball.
OUTBACK BOWL: 242 Auburn (-8') Northwestern has four lucky wins this year. Luck runs out here.
7 point or more bowl dogs now 137-82, since 1974!!! SEC nothing special so far!
SUGAR BOWL: 249/250 Cincinnati/Florida UN 59' SEC defenses have not shown well in the bowls, but most SEC defenses haven't been Florida or Alabama either.
