Shooter's Week #1 College Football

Add: 174 Purdue (-10) Toledo won at Michigan LY so Purdue won't be looking ahead. Purdue kicks off the Danny Hope era today. Hope was the assist HC under Tiller. I actually know that Purdue is excited to have him. He seems to not take himself too seriously and is the polar oppo of Tiller. The players, contrary to popular belief, hated Tiller. Toledo has a lot of returning starters so they are seeing some action. The new coach is Tim Beckman, who LY was the DC at Ok State. So he was the DC of a horrible defense? Purdue's getting decent value here. They have a senior QB Joey Elliott who has waited for his shot and actually played quite a bit the last season. Maybe 1-2 more. GL
Add: 179/180 New Mexico/Tex AM OV 55 (-107) This game was a defensive battle last year and they still scored 50. No Rocky Long is really going to affect the Lobos on defense. I expect the Aggie offense to be better with Johnson as full-time QB and not having to still incorporate McGee into the offense to appease the veterans. 181/182 Va Tech/Alabama OV 37 (-103) No one thinking over here. Two good defenses, but this is one of those games where both teams can score on defense and on special teams. GL
Couple more totals: 157/158 Kentucky/Miami-O UN 49 (-108) New schemes for Miami-O. UK not exactly amazing on offense either. 185/186 Buffalo/UTEP OV 61 (-108) Vittatoe is a very accurate passer for the Miners and he can pick Buffalo apart. UTEP will give up some big plays as well. On another note, the tout Play of the Day looks like Texas A&M. 19-0 by my last tally. Yikes! GL
Last ones, hopefully :) 159 BYU (+22') (-104) BYU can still score and has a 3-year starter at QB. I don't see him getting rattled. Backdoor potential with OU, despite being talented on defense, gives up big plays. 182 Alabama (-6') (-108) VT and a great coach like Beamer getting points is usually an automatic take. The problem is that everyone else knows that fact as well. Bama comes off that embarrassment in the Sugar Bowl LY. Great chance to take the bad taste out of their mouths here. GL

Add: 157/158 Kentucky/Miami O OV 21' (+101) 2nd Half Agree with the Dude here, Miami has already given up on the run game and is throwing A LOT. GL
Couple more 2nd half: 203/204 Western Ky/Tennessee OV 21 (+111) 204 Tennessee (-13') (-118) Kiffin ain't letting up here. He will run this score up to make a statement. GL
it says 35 replies in this thread but i only see the first 7. any idea why?
Look at the top of this page where it says "Page 1 of 4 1 2 3 > Last ยป" Can you click around on those?
Add: 165/166 Baylor/Wake Forest UN 51 (-115) GL
Add: 189/190 San Jose/USC UN 21' (-115) 2nd I still don't think Carroll will really want to stick it to Tomey. USC will play the reserves earlier than usual.
