Sportsmemo hits a 20,000 to 1 Losing Streak Yesterday for a 55% Capper Let me apologize for this post, but this is unreal. Somebody tell me I'm wrong so someone can delete this thread. Over the last 2 Saturdays, Sportsmemo has lost -65.6 units collectively, and gone 27-77 over 104 plays. There are a lot of duplicate plays with 2 or 3 cappers taking the same pick, so I sorted it by unique picks which were 11-33 yesterday and 13-22 Saturday, Nov. 27. Odds of going 11-33 or worse at on coinflip plays for 55% cappers is 0.0051579%, or 1 out of 20,000.
24-55? Try 1 out of 300,000. Is this even possible? Apparently so. Nobody is this good or bad, but man, what a streak. To be fair, I would think they've got a few days in their archives where they've gone this well winning.
I don’t mean to single out these guys, because they may really be good handicappers, and there's some data mining picking the dates, but this kind of performance cannot be ignored.
I feel bad for these guys.
