Sunday WNBA Play

Sunday WNBA Play 602 Atlanta Dream -2.5 (-2 at Cris, Greek, Jazz) Sparks are one of the oldest teams in the league and will be playing their 8th game in 13 days off a one point OT win at San Antonio two days ago. They suddenly find themselves in third place by 1 1/2 games so they no longer have the same sense of urgency. In contrast Atlanta is playing just their 7th game in August, and fifth straight at home. The Dream are playing as well as anyone winning 7 of 8 and still need wins as they end the season with a brutal road stretch. Good spot for the Dream here. Edward
Loved the rational but stayed away from the game because the Dream leading scorer was held out. I know nothing about the WNBA but a leading scorer in women's baskets has to be worth something.
With a front line that includes allstars de Souza, Lyttle and players that would start for most teams in Angle McCoughtry and Michelle Snow coming off the bench they still should be very good even with Holdsclaw out.
Would not have made the play had I known she would not play at all. I should have known there may have been an issue with her because she left early in the previous game. My bad. Edward
