Super Bowl Odds

Super Bowl Odds Anyone out there who can tell me how mathematically -175 on the AFC to win the Super Bowl equates to the -3 AFC that Fezzik is recommending? Greek has the SB at AFC -175. Thanks
well, it usually costs 20 cents off the three and then 10 cents for the other half points, so that would equate -110 with -170, but they generally aren't WORTH 10 cents, so perhaps -110 equals -150.
Appreciate the reply Joelshitsow. I guess that boils down to not a very good bet. Best to keep looking for the -3. Thanks
I didn't read it until after it posted. My apologies - I of course meant Joelshitshow.

For the thursday night game, Indy is currently -3 -111 and ML -168 on Pinny.

Thanks[/QUOTE] -175 is bad value imo. The public usually pounds the moneyline dog in the Superbowl, and sportsbooks will be begging for your action with low juice bargains up to kickoff. Wait on the fav on the ml. Any -3 should get you -145 somewhere prior to kickoff.
I played NFC +3 -100 today really like it I do not see separation from Patriots Jets Steelers to Eagles Packers Falcons Saints pick one of each, best current teams in my opinion
