Taking the Vikings this week

Taking the Vikings this week Just listened to some expert on the NFL network say that the Patriots offense is actually better without Moss. No it's not. I don't care how you spin it. Brady With Moss YPA = 7.4 YPA Comp pct = 69% Sack pct = 4% TD to Int ratio = 9 to 2 -------------------------- Brady After Moss YPA = 5.9
so you're comparing some 50+ games of data with 2 games? one of those games against a good defense like Baltimore? OK

I like it. Thanks for posting.

Kind of comical. I dont think anyone would say the Pats offense is as good now as when they had Moss, Welker, Stallworth, and Gaffney + the Tailback from the Bengals. But you can't compare 50 games to the last 2. Baltimore's D is excellent San Diego, Pats were up the whole game based on SD mishaps and didn't need to do anything but run time for much of it. I think they are better now than in game 1 of this season - moss didn't give a shit, but certainly not better than their 16-0 season.
