Trushel

Trushel TSM shows him up $6,700 in CBB, +63,740 in bases, 19-10 in CFB this year. One bad day means nothing.
Bullshit Old School,,, To ignore a "bad day" means nothing? How about the last 10 to 12 days then ? When people are PAYING YOU for what you do and represent for a living, WTF does "One bad day means nothing" mean? Try that one on your Doctor. Or your any other sales product your purchase. If I have THAT BAD OF DAY at my work, I am F'in Fired !! And the rest of the crew was worse! Total Joke, IMO!

It isn't the same at all as a physician, a sales product, or any other job. It's an investment series. I had a great CBB season last year. But I was 12-29 one weekend, too. You're getting emotional about your losing. That means you're betting too much, or understanding too little. So, stop betting.
Vegas Steve Go to the Gamblers Book Club, buy everything you can find under Money Mgmt. When done reading, search google for the same thing. Read all the results at least 10 pages in, that should take at least a week. Then report back on how foolish you are truly being.
[read] everything you can find under Money Mgmt.
Then for additional perspective, read Mason Malmuth's article "The Incredibly Silly Subject of Money Management" to understand that money management will not give you an edge.
You now have convinced me
Then for additional perspective, read Mason Malmuth's article "The Incredibly Silly Subject of Money Management" to understand that money management will not give you an edge.
You are a fool if you believe that.
I can understand why someone gets upset with a bad day. Believe me, the handicappers I work with/associate with are ell upset when they have one. I once rolled a 1-9-1 in 2005 at SharpSportsbetting.com GET MAD. YELL. When someone shows a longterm bad record. When someone is putting up a solid winning year, still aok to get mad and yell after a bad week. But then crack open a beer, and suck it up and suck it down. I will have one of those weeks before the year is over......it happens. Personally, listening to Sting's "I can't stand losing" song is a good remedy for a bad weekend. I lost playing Balt teasers this week.........ARGGGGH RE: Money Managment. It is ONLY important if you win over 52.4%. Otherwise, it is a nonfactor.........since whatever you do, you lose.
I use the same remidy for a good week
Believe me, the handicappers I work with/associate with are ell upset when they have one. Fezzik "RE: Money Managment. It is ONLY important if you win over 52.4%. Otherwise, it is a nonfactor.........since whatever you do, you lose." Statement the way you wrote it is correct. I am talking about what I have "seen" with my own eyes. Very good bettors and handicappers who bet and hit above the magical # you talk about. Some of those same bettors and handicappers continually lose. Why? This is fact-I know one tout who was very good in a couple of sports. He bet those sports-he never won. I mean never. Not talking about single bets, I mean week to week. He never, ever won. Sample size like 3 years. Yet I got the plays with the ratings. He was super. Thats what I mean. I have been there. Been up a good chunk on the first 4-5 days during week, 25-5 run only to BLOW the bet size thinking I had bigger edge? STUPID stuff. Show me the winning bettor who never did that and I can show you what a liar looks like!
We are semi-retired and bet thousands of games at a tiny % of our bankroll. Fezzik and many others here and at Sports Forum are NOT retired, and I'm sure they bet MUCH more than we do.
