Turner Gil being given a hard time, but c'mon it's impossible to win at Syracuse. Of course the Cuse were going 2-10 this year with any coach.... If he had been rightly given the Auburn job they likely would have been undefeated right now instead of what that bad coach is doing.........
Gill is not at the Cuse. He is at kansas. Is that what you meant?
syracuse was only really ever good when mcNabb was there...that left a VOID that was been filled by Northeast recruits going to UCONN and rutgers the last 10 years
Turner Gil wins the Worst Coach of the Year Award....with 13 ret starters the cupboard wasn't exactly bare....he had two weeks to prepare for arch in state rival KSU, at home, on ESPN Thurs night national TV game and HE LOSES BY 52 pts! and he cost you the under!

It takes time. Gimmee a break. Gill will do fine as it takes a few years to get his system and players in place. Cuse can win. Good school and good facilities. No excuses.
cuse? i'm confused
He means Syracuse.
He means Syracuse.
yeah. cuse is pretty obvious. but turner gil doesnt coach there. he coaches at Kansas. and KU has shown its share of winners of late. he deserves time...after a few years and more crap like this then he should be fired
I'm glad I wasn't the only one completely lost with this thread. And Gill is a good coach, just give him a chance. I believe his team responds well this week. If not, Fezz may be correct.
I'm not sure his team (kansas) has the size or strength up front to respond. They've been run right over by every team who has tried this year. The Georgia Tech game, however, was a very good tribute to his game planning and preparation. Kansas will be fine, just not this year.
