[QUOTE=Fezzik;39225]MY organization structure is horrible. I cannot find a dedicated fulltime person to work for me. Thus, I often burn ridiculous hours driving around betting stuff myself, and bombing in specialized bets. This all takes up LOTS of time. What would a dedicated, fulltime person expect in terms of compensation? If not your situation specifically, then generally.

Your struggles about a second rate organization and having to drive around further corroborate what Bkeiller and I are saying. I know talent. I speak on trading and work with hedge funds, proprietary traders, and pro traders through out NYC and Chicago. Fez is sharper than many of them and would be a natural. It takes a 10-20k trading account at most firms to start to earn your tuition by trading the markets. I'd even give him a complimentary copy of my book...the least I can do for all Fez has taught me about sports betting...
