UFL home opener

UFL home opener VEGAS -7 vs. CAlifornia, total 40.5 We should be following this league......no doubt we will get some solid mislined games if we do.
I saw 6 earlier, someone's following it, both favs have already steamed.
Dennis Green, Jim Haslett, Ted Cottrell, Jim Fassel Who said they would never coach again!
All of the UFL's games will be televised on either Versus or HDNet. Fans will notice several rule changes that will differentiate the UFL from the NFL. Among them: • There is no tuck rule • Intentional grounding is allowed • "Tasteful" group celebrations are permissible • Both teams will get a possession in overtime Rice said that, with rules that limit blitzing, he expects boatloads of touchdowns to be a hallmark of the UFL. "You should see a lot of high-scoring games," he said. "It lends itself to a college atmosphere because you have a lot of guys that are playing with such motivation."

What are the rules that limit blitzing?
Might I inquire as to how anybody came up with a line and total for the first game in league history? Are people actually making this off roster/coaching personnel?
I have no idea who to bet, but I'm SURE the lines are wrong....... Somebody get me a map of Indiana. Somebody get me a map of Indiana!!!!!!!!!
Fumbling out of the endzones - If the ball is fumbled out of the endzone, it will be placed back at the spot of the fumble, pending which team last had possession.
I might watch it just because they got this rule correct. The no intentional grounding rule sounds awful though. Nothing says excitement like spiking the ball at a linebacker's feet.
How does one enforce limited blitzing?
They are using a "10 Mississippi" count on blitzes.
