Vegas/Offshore SB Line

Vegas/Offshore SB Line According to Vegas Insider virtually all of the Vegas casinos are dealing 4 and virtually all of the offshore shops are 3 1/2. Not sure if this is accurate but if so is there anything to make of it? Only thing I can figure is all of the Calif people out in Vegas betting the 49ers. Is it that simple?

I know way back when that the Reno/Tahoe books would do this. Interesting: If intrastate online sportbooks and poker ever happen, this could really skew numbers.

I have two outs ... both offshore ... both somewhat "private", neither requiring post up money. 1) Has been SF -3' -105 to -110 and for the first time TODAY is now -4 -105 2) Has been SFO -4' -107 at opening for a day+, then locked in at 4 -107 and hasn't wavered. At the same time, this one does offer alternative lines with properly adjusted juice ... -3 -150, -2' -170 etc. Also worth noting this is a predominately laden Westcoast and Northern California client base which plays SF religiously.
