Wash St/USC Which way does this line go from here?

The line has moved up from -44 -102 to -45 -110. It's time to pull the trigger on USC. a) the line is going higher b) they will cover The consensus is heavily against USC. Last week's upset was too shocking. Furthermore, the consensus decreases and the line moves higher. This is a very unusual combination. I keep thinking about Florida last season. They lost a 1 pt heartbreaker to Missisippi as a big fave. They then went on to win and cover every game for the rest of the season. I expect to bet USC for many weeks, and for the same reason each time. I did keep some powder dry--I will probably add to this bet if/when I see some late fan $$ push the line down from its high. But I have no idea what the line will be then.

Generally agree with your analyis. But laying 45 is laying 45. Can't bring myself to do it.

Florida had Tebow and USC had Sanchez. I think USC is just going to have to accept growing pains with their young QB's this season. I think they could lose 3 games (Cal, ND, etc). Without an experienced QB, they're always vulnerable. In that Wash game they were running for 20 yards before a RB was even touched in the 1Q - then Wash loaded up and said beat me QB and they couldn't. Granted, TO's from other players also killed them big time. But Wash is no great shakes on D. Just dont think SC runs table after this loss like in previous years.
