Week 3 College foots

Week 3 College foots Been Firing away. Let's pull off the gloves and fight bare handed. Here are two. 345 Stanford -3.5 348 Arizona -6
I like Notre Dame+3.5 they have played 3 good teams and fought with all of them to the end. Stanford beating up Wake means nothing to me, Wake lost A LOT from last season to this, they are back to being Wake of 1995, bad. taking ND at home, I look for a tight game
Another one Disagree with the line move downward. 350 Texas -15 I smell a 21-25 point win, here.
UCLA may score but i doubt it will be a sustained 60+ yard drive at all. Prince is simply horrible - watching them against Stanford was very painful. They run well but think Texas will still shut them down. Houston game means nothing IMO. Texas is bad on Off too but they likely will just wear down UCLA with 3 and outs and field position. Tend to agree with you - would love to see this come down to 14.

The world according to Fezz.....
I like Notre Dame+3.5 they have played 3 good teams and fought with all of them to the end. The rest is just variance. Irish 1-15 SU as a dog last three years, looks like all they are used to is losing in big games.
UCLA/Texas I think the edges are very small on both sides of the ball for The Horns. Both teams have good defenses, and just avg offenses. I was really hoping for 18+, and would have taken 10+ in the 1st half, as I think the west coast kids will melt in the afternoon Austin heat. I also was hoping for a 46 point total, and would have gone low at that #. The pistol is alot of running at this stage for UCLA and the Texas offense is just grinding as they learn their new system. At the current numberss, El Paso for me. Good Luck
Almost forgot.... HUGE sandwich for The Horns as they face their arch rival Oklahoma next, and are coming off a big effort down in Lubbock.
Agreed...
HUGE sandwich for The Horns as they face their arch rival Oklahoma next, and are coming off a big effort down in Lubbock.
There are three playoff games next week: Texas-Oklahoma, Florida-Alabama, Stanford-Oregon.
Tim - I love the Stanford play and will be on the other side of the Arizona play as I'll take Cal, Tedford and the points b/c the number is up to 7 already and Cal's loss to Nevada/Zon's win over Iowa have created a line which was 2.5 a week ago and driven up to a touchdown. With any luck I'll find the 7.5 on gameday...
Disagree with the line move downward. 350 Texas -15 I smell a 21-25 point win, here.
The logic of UCLA being a crappy team is accurate. A point I made today when discussing this game and why I'm not so in love with the Longhorn side is UCLA Place Kicker Kai Forbath and his ability to convert scoring opportunities for UCLA when they get inside the red zone. 1-2 FG's by Forbath and the athletic Bruins defense can keep the game within the 9-13 point range.
