I have to look at the Charger game as very suspicious. Last week the public came in on the Pats which was to be expected. Chargers should have won and covered except for those two rookie mistakes.
This week the line started at -3 and has worked its way up to -4 in some spots, even though the public is also heavily on the dog.
Seems like a reverse line movement to get the public to invest more on the Titans. Chargers are probably the play.
