What is the max Bookmaker/Greek/Pinny take on CFB sides and totals at open?

What is the max Bookmaker/Greek/Pinny take on CFB sides and totals at open? Anyone know any of these. Thanks
Greek and Olympic take $1000. You can rebet them about 30 seconds later. On totals they usually move 1/2 a point on $1000 at open
Bigger Q is when are they going to post them? Last week, even on Tuesday evening it was only Cris with CFB totals (whereas in the previous weeks, everyone was up by then). Seems the books are getting beat again. Last year, in CBK totals, they opened later and later. I can remember Saturdays when the CBK totals release was only an hour or so pre-game. Two Qs: one, how does Cris survive being the college totals guinea pig? You think they make money by being a must out for every serious player? Or are they just sharper even than Pinnacle at line management? Second Q: why don't the books just open early with small limits (they somewhat do anyway) and let the line iron itself out? Opening late doesn't really change anything. If the line is off, its off, and opening late doesn't change that. Opening early, in fact, gives a book more of a chance to iron it out cheaper and with more time to counterbalance. Instead, everyone let's Cris open and iron some (it's rarely a complete iron because too many sharps are waiting for the broader release), then we get the broader release (Oly, Pinny, 5D, etc), some more ironing, then the full release (except that in CBK some outs NEVER freaking release. I'm talking mostly about Vegas). Opening early with small limits but unlimited re-hits seems the best policy. Opening late (and later, and later still) seems pointless.
Sides, 5K at cris, 3K at oly, 1K or $1428 at Pinny depending on if you have a sharp or square account in there eyes. Totals, CRIS 2K, Oly 1K, Pinny $500 or $714.
