What is wrong with these coaches - astounding First Texas Tech down 10 punts with 1:36 left and one time out. Do coaches get paid extra for not losing by too much?! How the hell do you explain it to your players? Hey coach, why did we punt with one minute left down two scores? Well you see, I can't add. I forgot the other dumb coach. So TX just has to take a knee 3 times (QB might have to stand up for 3 seconds or so once). Instead they run up the middle 3 times - the only way they can lose this game is a fumble. ASTOUNDING

And then we have the mindtrust at Notre Dame. Last week he decides time outs are like diamonds - hoard them and keep them. Tonight, with 8-10 seconds left, rather than take a shot down field (complete - fg, incomplete just run off 2-3 seconds) he decides to let the clock run out.

Texas needs practice with the run game......that one I can accept. I think TTech not going on 4/13 from their 8 was a surrender

Texas was equally bad before the half not using timeouts on defense.
