What's up w/ the Bears/Viks line?

What's up w/ the Bears/Viks line? I thought that Joe Webb was the probable starter, so what is the delay in announcing the line? Is there anyone with a line out there?

I was wondering this myself.

Maybe books just want to limit exposure on this game by holding out the line as long as possible. I realize for GB, their HC is waiting till Saturday to announce what we pretty much know, that Rodgers won't start. So that's why they are holding out that line. But I'm not sure why no line for Chi/Min...

So you can tell that they were waiting for Rodgers to be ruled out to release GB, but no real reason why they held off on Chi/Min that I can tell.

They probably want to be 100% sure about the venue. I imagine the books had some real headaches last week with the venue and date change with many squares not knowing the rules about bets being voided.
