when does a play become a no play

when does a play become a no play when does a play posted with a given number become a no play (i.e. how points does it have to move) also all the books (for the most part)know fezzik out there posting plays don't you think they are smart enough to sign up for this forum so they can get a jump on moving the line just like last year right before dr bob (or who ever) released his lines the books pretty much shut down
For me, if the line moves .5 to 1 point I don't play it. .5 on a key number or likely the NFL. 1 on a total in CFB. I have enough outs I can usually get it at Fezz's number. If it moves 2+ points it is prob worth playing back the other way. Fezzik I think would admit he's not better than 55% and 2 points almost definitely puts the money on your side going the other way (especially at reduced juice). The more marquee a game, the fewer points it needs to move (If Fezz moves N Iowa St 2 pts I might not play it. If he moves ND/Mich 3 points I'm all over the other side (hopefully after getting his side) Also it depends on what numbers it crosses. I'm much less worried about it moving from 18.5 to 19.5 than from 20.5 to 21.5. When Nebraska went from 24 to 20.5, there was no way not to play -20.5 as you crossed both 24 and 21 imo.
