Where do I start going offshore?

Where do I start going offshore? I don't live in Nevada and all I have is a local. I've been thinking about getting an offshore account so I can bet some exotics and so I can bet any time I want. I've never had an offshore account before. I've heard a lot of horor stories about the offshore books. Where do I start? What do I do? How do you deposit the money and how do you receive payments? And when you speak of an "agent", what is that and what is their purpose? Thanks.

Question is too vague. Be more specific; plus there are several web sites that list off shore accounts and their reliability - hundreds actually. Do some research on the web - there is a lot of information out there.

most good ones have mobile betting- overall best is Pinnacle but you cannot use them from US. 5dimes, Bookmaker and Greek all have mobile apps and decent lines.

The Greek has a mobile app? I've been with them for years and haven't seen one. Can't find one on the their website either. Where did you find this?
