Which is more rare in the NFL?

Which is more rare in the NFL? A 13 point dog (Raiders) winning straight up by 14 or more OR a 3.5 point dog (Jets) losing by 40 or more? Can someone query a database for me or point me to a site where I can look it up myself? Thanks! Sam
