Why don't CFB coaches take a knee?

Why don't CFB coaches take a knee? Why is it that some CFB coaches don't like to take a knee when victory is clear? There are numerous examples - one was with Florida with the ball at the South Carolina 10...take a knee twice, game is over. yet they run the ball until the game clock is below the play clock and then the coach runs onto the field. It makes no sense. It isn't a matter of trying to cover the spread for the alumni otherwise they wouldn't run a dive play. It also can't be their thinking that more points equals higher chance of a better ranking otherwise they'd throw the ball too. So...it makes no sense to me. Either throw and try to score .... or kneel. Why run a dive play?
Another good example was OK St last night with less than 2 mins left and TX Tech with zero TO's. Yet here goes Zack Robinson trying to score inside the 10 and gets his clock cleaned.
UF running on 1st down was a must. Plenty of time and SCar had 2 timeouts. Spurrier wisely didnt use the TOs and the game was over. UM should have knee'd after that but he never knees...he wants the cover
if they run and score, could help them in computer rankings. sneaky way to run up score. ( We didnt really try to run it up!). if they pass, looks to human voters like a low class move and could negatively impact

I thought Meyer would try to score. Surprised he didn't. I can understand trying to score up 10 because of the computers. I have no idea why people try to score up 30 or 40.
