Why Is The Newest Posts First?

Why Is The Newest Posts First? Is there a way to adjust this. Usually what the post is all about is on top, and answers to that thread below it withe the oldest first. I'm getting mine with the newest first and the original thread on the bottom of the pile. How is this corrected?

This is a user setting, I think the default is "Newest First". You can change it by clicking "User CP" and then looking for "Edit Options", and then "Thread Display Options". Change to "Oldest First"
