Why is Paulus at 'Cuse?

Why is Paulus at 'Cuse? Never got the story on this. Why wouldn't he play QB for Duke? How is he immediately eligible?

There is an NCAA rule on this (not sure the specific rule), but basically Paulus did not redshirt at Duke and completed his undergrad degree in 4 years. Therefore, he was granted a waiver for one more year of eligibility for another sport. He chose Cuse b/c that's where he is from.

duke has a good, experienced qb...no need for paulus. paulus reunited with HS WR. paulus would likely start at cuse. it was a good move for him.

jerk off didn't look so good in ot. absolutely rotten part of the country. if a student athlete graduates and still has a year of eligibility they don't have to sit out a year.
