Steady winds of 23 MPH with gusts into the low 30's. It looks like the wind is stronger in the first half of the game and may let up some in the second half. Plus the teams are more likely to maintain conservatism in the first half as opposed to a team down 10 letting things fly in the 4th quarter leading to big plays (offense or defense).
