great point BL i was thinking exactly the same yesterday when they announced the new rules. A disadvantage if you ask me as the players likely lose focus w that many days off.
The new collective bargaining agreement mandated players must receive four days off during the bye week. That obviously hurts a winless team, as it needs work on the field and in the film room.
