I'm going to be in Las Vegas Jan 2nd thru the 7th - is that too early to pick up the 2015 MRB in person? Not a problem if it is, but I just need to know whether to order by mail or not.

That may be enough time, but once we ship them out we don't have much control unfortunately. You can order it and if you don't receive it give us a call and we'll figure out another solution. Or if transportation and time isn't much of an issue, save on the shipping cost and come see us.

I haven't received my rewards book yet, but for some reason I received a second copy of the Jan. 15 LVA in an envelope. Is there a chance the newsletter was put in my envelope instead of my coupon book?
