2015 coupon book

That's very strange, sorry about that. If you wouldn't mind calling the office and letting one of our staff know, then we can get another MRB sent out to you.

I haven't received my book yet either. Is that normal?

Hi elvismc1, I sent you a PM.

I missed coming by the office to pick up my coupon book when I was there a couple of weeks ago - would it be possible to pay the additional cost for postage and have it mailed to me? We're coming back out in April but we get in on a Saturday and I'd like to have the coupon book for the weekend if possible.
