Barona - "once in a lifetime"

I recently tried to redeem the coupon for $10 free play and the two-for-one buffet, and I was told that since I had redeemed similar coupons in 2011, I was not allowed to redeem in 2012. In essence, the Member Rewards coupon are "once in a lifetime."

It was a mistake. Here's the response they sent us.

The issue has been addressed. The codes for the new coupons are different from last year, which makes it a new offer, so we’re not sure why this person was turned down. It has been reiterated with the Club staff to accept one coupon per person.
