Can I pick up my wife's Member Rewards book at the LVA office?

We will be arriving on a Friday morning and don't want to wait until Monday to pick it up but I think she wants to grab breakfast and then meet a friend at her hotel pool. She elected office pickup when she renewed, I just hope with proper I D I will be able to pick it up.
