Hello, we were planning to come to Las Vegas Oct 7th for a week with another couple. The wife is going to end up with back surgery that will put her in a back brace for at least 3 months so they can't go. My question is since they can't go until next year, and they have an unused coupon book, is it possible to exchange it for one for next year? Is that ever done?
