Dining options

I just used your restaurant locator. I chose vegan options on the strip. Beneath this is the letters a-z where you can choose what letter of the alphabet your search originates. I chose all, the selection in front of the letters. The search came back , there are no restaurants that begin with the letter all. C'MON MAN ! It will not let me remove the all selection. ED
As I understand it, it is telling you that there are no Vegan restaurants on the strip.

If you go to this page here and click on the Veggie-Vegan button it will give you a complete list of all Vegan/Veggie friendly places we have listed. It looks like there aren't any Vegan places on the Strip but there are bunch of Vegetarian restaurants.
Hi there

Just clarify, there ARE Vegan-friendly places on the Strip -- for one thing, when Steve Wynn turned vegan, he insisted ALL restaurants on his properties -- even SW Steakhouse! -- add vegan dishes to their menus. Our Dining search is currently not optimal for a number of reasons and it does not distinguish between vegetarian-friendly and vegan-friendly, but if you click through to the profile page for any restaurant on that list, it will explain in the notes if it's vegan-friendly. We'll fix this to make the distinction clear on our new site -- too complicated to fix it now, when we'll only be in this environment for a little while longer.

Aside from Wynn/Encore, I can recommend Veggie Delight (pan-Asian, just west of the Strip at Spring Mtn. and Wynn); Veggie House (Chinese -- just ate there and it's great -- all veggie/vegan menu); Komol (Thai - not far off the Strip on E. Sahara -- great food and one of the most extensive veggie/vegan menus in town), Pura Vyda (all strictly vegan -- restaurant and bakery downtown, close to Little Darlings strip club!); Ronalds Donuts (all-vegan bakery just west of the Strip on Spring Mtn.); Bar + Bistro (downtown in the Arts District on E. Charleston) has a full vegan tapas menu; Greens & Proteins (Henderson) is owned by the resident vegan chef for Wynn Resorts and includes lots of "raw" foods on the menu; Mint Indian Bistro (not far off the Strip on E. Flamingo) has an extensive vegan menu, and even vegan and gluten-free beers! The food there is great -- made the "Essential 50" list in the 2013 edition of our Eating Las Vegas guide and they have a great-value lunch buffet daily, which always includes vegan options; Go Raw Cafe has 2 locations, one on the east and one on the west (all raw food, all the time -- hardcore!); and Sammy's Woodfired Pizza chain (5 locations in the Vegas Valley) has guaranteed vegan (and gluten-free) menu items. Hope this gives you some ideas -- you'll find them all on that list of Veggie/Vegan-friendly restaurants that Tanya referred to: https://bit.ly/Yd0NJD
